What is the Seattle Chapter of ISPI all about?
Through a thriving membership, the Seattle Chapter of ISPI, in partnership with business and community, provides a forum for the discussion and sharing of ideas and the latest information related to the field of human performance improvement (HPI). Provide a meeting place for networking with others in the field of HPI and works to improve organizational and individual performance through the practice of HPI.
Chapter Meetings - The second Wednesday of each month
The chapter works to host a minimum of nine chapter meetings each year inviting a speaker in a specific area of HPT to speak to the attendees.

Our chapter meetings are usually on the first Wednesday of the month. The meeting starts at 6:00 pm and ends at 8:15. The first hour is set aside for networking, the chapter provides a light meal and beverages. Don't worry about grabbing something to eat before you come. This provides us an opportunity to meet others with similar interests in the field of HPT. The speaker for the evening will start his or her presentation at 7:00 pm and will go until 8:15. We will adjourne the meeting then.
The cost for attending the meetings is $15.00 for non chapter members, members of the Seattle Chapter attend for free.
A usual chapter meeting will draw between 20 and 30 participants.
Workshops
Judith Hale presented 2 workshops, the morning workshop was titled “Assessment: Diagnose Before Prescribing.” In the afternoon she conducted a second workshop “Implementation: Sustaining Initiative.” We had a great turn out for both.
