The Washington State Employment Security Department is seeking public service-minded individuals to play a key role by creating meaningful data that tells the true story of the work our Employment and Career Development Division performs.  We need Performance Management Analyst for WorkSource Yakima. 

Top candidates will have a bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations, or comparable combination of graduate education and experience. In addition, we are seeking candidates with expertise in data analysis, and evaluating and applying the results of the analysis to performance-related policy; experience designing and preparing executive-level presentations that display data in graphical form; and expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and skilled-level proficiency in Access. Experience developing relevant performance measures is a plus.
